Hazel Origin Coffee is hands down one of my favorite spots in Providence and Pawtucket. I first discovered them at their Fox Point location near my son’s school, and it instantly became a go-to. What hooked me right away was their chai, if you’re a chai latte person, you’ll know how rare it is to find one this good. Nothing compares to theirs. I don't even dare to order at any other place because I know I will be disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy yet lively, clean and with plenty of space to settle in. I often bring my laptop and end up staying for hours, the vibe just makes it easy to work (or relax). The food and drinks are generous in portion, consistently delicious, and always served by the friendliest staff. With two locations already thriving and a third on the way, it’s clear Hazel Origin Coffee is becoming a local staple. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon it when I did! :)

Great spacious atmosphere. Great espresso. Awesome service. Freshly prepared sandwiches were great but the sides could be fresher. Second visit: Not so great. The young man at the counter should be advised on some service professionalism, including on not handing customers their utensils with bare hands and holding the from the ‘eating end’. At 9am, the pastry was obviously not fresh from today, maybe yesterday. The espresso was still fantastic. The sandwich and toast were also great again. I tried to chat with the owner/manager to give some helpful feedback.. she said she was not normally the manager of this location and seemed to not be interested in what a customer had to say.

Love this new coffee shop! The atmosphere is very inviting, perfect to hangout and work or get lunch with a friend and chat. There is plenty of seating and parking. The coffee and tea selection is great and all brewed fresh and fairly priced. Staff is wonderful and SO friendly. The food is also 10/10. Definitely check it out!!

I was absolutely amazed by the service at this coffee shop! The staff went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The atmosphere is cozy, the coffee is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impeccable. A must-go for sure if you’re in the area!

It’s great to try out a new business in the area. When I first got there, I was intrigued at how they made good use of the space. Can I say, even if you’re not a coffee drinker, you’ll love their coffee. I had the strawberry cheesecake iced latte and it was delicious. It amazes me people waste money on bad coffee at Dunkin when so many of these independently owned coffee shops are around. I had the grilled chicken wrap and it is a generous size. Fries were good too! Finally I had the Black Forest pie. Again very good. I did this for take out as there were some people in there with children running around and yelling. I felt bad for the staff who are very nice and friendly. Hopefully next time, I can sit and enjoy. Just one suggestion- put a QR code menu not at the ordering station but closer to the door. Or have the entire menu on the wall. I found a menu on Google so I had a good idea of what I wanted.

Impeccable coffee! Best in Rhode Island. The Tortured Poet is one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. It’s sea salt and cocoa powder. They don’t have it on the menu anymore but I still ask. Super rich and velvety. Hoping they organize their drink menu. Seems a little jumbled on the chalk board. Their homemade syrups are amazing! Food is a little too heavy for my taste.

Had no reason to drive to Pawtucket other than to try Hazel Origin and they did not disappoint. Much more than good coffee. Pastry was full of Nutella and wrap was full of fried shrimp and crisp red cabbage.

this is one of my favorite places to get coffee and a full breakfast or even a little pastry! Cass, Charlie and Tam always pay such close attention to my order which is so sweet and greatly appreciated. love a roastery and cafe combo. nothing better than fresh coffee!

Place is located off the beaten path. Pretty great find, coffee importers with great eats. Had the Strawberry cheesecake Latte, have never had anything even come close in flavor. Tried the White chocolate, Latte pictures included. Avocado Bacon Toast added a poached egg. Amazing fresh guacamole and bacon was crisp and fresh. Also had the scrambled eggs with mushrooms panini. Excellent place for virtual work or business meetings.
